Beaked Hazelnut is an attractive, productive, and delicious large shrub irresistable to all creatures of the living world. They are deciduous, with a wide vase-like branching structure which makes room for understory as she grows. Both male and female reproductive structures exist on each plant (so gay!!), but most hazelnuts will not self pollinate. 3+ trees are recommended for best success! If you're growing for sustenence, good luck to you - corvids and small mammals are ravenous when summer nuts ripen. Fruit cages are a must!
